PMP02: How to Fold a Paper Crane
On August 6th, 1945 the world witnessed the first of two atomic bombings against an unsuspecting population of Japan. This book weaves four independent stories, as told through words and pictures, of the many different faces belonging to this Atomic reality.
Now in it's 3rd printing, the book has come a long way since its initial creation and format at NIU. The current edition was assembled in honor of the 60th Anniversary of the bombings of both Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Each book is hand bound with a variation of the Japanese stab binding. Symbolizing Hope, a golden paper crane can be found within the middle of each book.
